Design Process
So, you've got the idea, but every great project starts on paper.
Layouts and designs are highly recommended when converting from lawn to naturescapes, or any landscape for that matter. Detailed and measured designs significantly reduces mistakes and monetary risks.
Using hand drawn designs and translating them to digital GIS references, 3D renderings gives you peace of mind for your project. You receive a digital copy of everything including plant list.
One free revision if the vision isn't perfect.

I provide location-based plans utilizing methods that maximize your edible harvest. Your personalized layout can incorporate composting systems, rain gardens, walkways, trellises, or outdoor prep stations to suit your needs.
Wildlife Habitats includes everything our little neighbors need to thrive. These spaces can look like bird houses, dead trees, rock stacks, bare ground, or dead flower stalks. Natural wildlife habitat is disappearing at an alarming rate for all critters and lawns are one of the main culprits.

Food Forest are layered landscapes designed with fruit and nut trees, berries, crops, native plants
to ensure every inch of your property is producing seasonally.
A mini-meadow is a small-scale meadow planting designed to bring the ecological benefits of a natural meadow into a residential or urban landscape.
Instead of a traditional lawn made up of a single turf species, a mini-meadow uses a diverse mix of grasses and flowering plants that provide seasonal color, habitat, and food for pollinators while requiring less mowing once established.

Properties 7,000 sq.ft. + with multiple landscape zones or complex ecological projects can range from $1,200 - $2,000

The full package, you don't even have to lift a finger. For large complex projects, I coordinate with a respectable landscape crew to install hardscapes, water features, and irrigation systems. Small and medium projects, I pick up plants, install, and do the ground work.
